It has been a week (3 days in front of a screen) when I have come to terms with my context, my energy for it and the need for me to move. I thought I was going to pontificate while I was away but I had a bit of a breakthrough as I was boarding out the loft on Saturday (I’m re-insulating it, the current insulation I think is up to 1970’s standards). X has been lovely. Initially I found it hard to come across definitively that I had made up my mind, but as soon as I did (after a chat with A) X flipped into supportive mode. The timings need to be hashed through a bit my loan ends on 3rd Nov which is the technical deadline but we have much to do particularly in the prep for the Reform Hack(s).

I shared this guide in a comment I made on a document — I truly love it. I have not read it cover to cover yet.

Yesterday I took part in a recording for a video for FW50 to support the sessions that OneTeamGov are running on Collaboration and Belonging. If you watch-it do cringe at the end when I forget the website for One Team Gov (hand face). No instead I turned it all into some magical quest :)

Lots of Reform Hack planning things this week and chats with more lovely people.

I have written down all the things I haven't done and taken down all the work post its in my room — it now looks oddly sparse — oh look a monitor :)
