Government System

I was in the shower I had a thought.

At the highest level abstraction the system of government could be described as:

Government is the governance between the ecosystem and the human system.

Now personally the word governance sums up boards of people, and it’s not meant to it’s much more inclusive than that, less distant and personal. Though I feel something is missing. I wonder if it should be:

Government is the governance within and between the ecosystem and the human system.

Or (and after reading back I’m I think I’m settling on):

Government is the governance of the human system in the ecosystem.

But I’d love to hear thoughts.

Also why is it not husystem if we have ecosystem rather than human system, while I’m here I’ll make a pitch for that too.
